Though this won't stop all mailings, offers, calls and SPAM, it will help to cut back the number you do receive.

Permanent Opt-Out - Requires mail in
Stop Phone Calls

Enter up to 3 phone numbers to register on the DO NOT CALL list
Enter a VALID e-mail
Check your e-mail and click on the confirmation link for EACH phone number
